We are seeking a dedicated Procurement and Administration Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and registering invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Managing the lifecycle of purchase orders (POs) in SAP including creation closure and ongoing tracking.
- Entering order details (e.g. vendor information quantities and prices) into internal databases.
- Providing support to outsourced bookkeeping and payroll administration services.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
- Handling administrative and operational documentation ensuring compliance and organization.
- Monitoring critical tasks and deadlines to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Reviewing and tracking essential documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Managing employee holiday schedules and timesheets.
- Assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives to contribute to team objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role candidates should possess:
- Fluency in both verbal and written English.
- A solid understanding of procurement procedures and vendor sourcing practices.
- A higher-level degree in economics or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Openness to working in a multicultural environment.
