The Opportunity

The Organisation Enablement (OE) team at Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) connects our diverse workforce across the globe to our purpose and makes our RSS colleagues future-ready. We drive impactful people solutions through fostering a purpose-driven culture strategic workforce development and empowering employees to reach their full potential. Our OE team is spread across our strategic sites in Hungary Costa Rica and Malaysia ensuring a global impact.

As a Capability Development Partner you will play an important role in understanding the capability needs of RSS and facilitating the development of solutions to address these gaps. You will co-create collaborate and deliver capability-building solutions to ensure the RSS organization is future-ready and fosters a continuous learning culture. Your contributions will support the development of the capability framework across the employee lifecycle ensuring our workforce remains competitive and well-equipped for the future.

• Ensure the development and implementation of capability-building solutions that address identified gaps.

• Maintain and update the capability framework across the employee lifecycle.

• Ensure the effective delivery of learning programs and content.

• Oversee the integration of learning content into appropriate platforms within Roche

• Drive continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives to align with RSSs strategic goals.

• Develop RSS learning programs and related content by leveraging curating or creating new material as needed.

• Ensure the implementation of learning content into appropriate learning platforms.

• Design platforms tools and resources that enable employees People Managers and Senior Leaders to build the required capabilities.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture (P&C) community to leverage global offerings and customize them to fit RSS needs.

• Facilitate in-house programs across RSS to promote a culture of continuous learning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and capability needs.

Who you are

• Lead from every position striving to make a meaningful impact on our employees partners and ultimately patients.

• Excel in navigating and collaborating within multicultural and highly matrixed environments effectively influencing and engaging others toward common goals.

• Possess 8 years of relevant experience and knowledge to support the implementation of the People Strategy with a passion for people-related topics.

• Take accountability for establishing priorities and focusing on delivering value quickly.

• Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the key focus areas.

• Experience working in agile teams is preferred but not mandatory.

• Stay informed about trends in the external environment that could impact the business now and in the future.

• Demonstrate capabilities in leading self enterprise and system thinking stakeholder engagement continuous learning coaching and capability development.
