We are very excited to welcome our new Senior Human Resources Coordinator colleague to our team!

Where Youll Make a Difference

Maintain uptodate employee records and prepare documentation for lifecycle events (e.g. promotions worktime changes parental leave).
Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Centre and Payroll to ensure correct and timely employee data management.
Assist new joiners during the induction process and coordinate introduction days.
Act as a trusted partner to leaders by providing guidance on HR processes and employee relations matters.
Support leaders and employees with HR inquiries ensuring a positive and solutionsfocused experience.
Audit HR systems regularly to maintain high data accuracy and provide insights for HR dashboards.
Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Centre and Payroll to ensure correct and timely employee data management.
Produce standard HR reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Support HR and business initiatives through project involvement and bestpractice sharing.
Drive completion and communication of the annual performance management cycle.
Assist new joiners during the induction process and coordinate introduction days.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analyst or HR generalist roles.
Strong HRIS knowledge with Workday experience considered a significant advantage.
Fluent English and Hungarian both written and spoken.
Solid understanding of Hungarian labour law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Ability to manage and analyse data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong criticalthinking and problemsolving abilities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
A collaborative and teamoriented mindset.

How You Would Stand Out

A proven history of improving data accuracy or streamlining HR processes.
Experience supporting mobility immigration or relocation cases.
Prior exposure to multinational environments or sharedservice structures.
