Job Summary Salesforce Solution Architect
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions (including Energy & Utility Cloud Experience Cloud and integrations with external systems) that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into scalable secure and high-performing Salesforce implementations.
- Define system architecture data models and integration patterns in accordance with Salesforce and enterprise best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts project managers and executives to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Oversee technical aspects of Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems guiding developers on Apex Lightning Visualforce and Flows.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards coding guidelines and security policies for Salesforce projects.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and recommend Salesforce products apps and third-party tools as needed.
- Optimize solutions for performance security reliability and compliance by designing role-based access and data security rules.
- Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and technical specifications while mentoring team members on Salesforce best practices.
- Support project planning estimation and risk assessment and participate in all phases of the solution delivery lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for complex integrated Salesforce projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and are adaptable in dynamic cloud environments.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10 years Salesforce experience with 5 years in solution architecture/technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (especially Energy & Utility Cloud Experience Cloud).
- Deep technical knowledge of Apex Lightning Visualforce Flows APIs integration patterns and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to deliver complex integrated Salesforce solutions in enterprise settings.
- Salesforce certifications (CTA Application/System Architect Integration Architecture Designer Platform Developer).
- Expertise in Agile methodology data modeling security governance and performance optimization.
- Strong communication strategic thinking and customer-focused mindset.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred/ultimate
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
