Job Summary

The Principal Product Success Architect is a senior-level strategic leader responsible for designing and optimizing customer-centric product success frameworks that drive adoption retention and measurable business outcomes. This role bridges product strategy technical architecture and customer success execution to ensure scalable high-impact implementations. The Principal Product Success Architect partners with executive stakeholders engineering product management and customer-facing teams to align product capabilities with customer value realization in a fully remote environment.

This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-level product success strategies

  • Architect scalable customer onboarding and adoption frameworks

  • Align product roadmaps with customer feedback and usage analytics

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between product engineering and customer success teams

  • Develop technical solution blueprints for complex customer environments

  • Drive customer retention expansion and lifetime value initiatives

  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer health indicators

  • Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations

  • Mentor product success managers and solution consultants

  • Ensure integration scalability and security considerations are addressed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)

  • 810 years of experience in product management solutions architecture or customer success leadership

  • Strong understanding of SaaS product ecosystems and lifecycle management

  • Experience designing scalable customer engagement and adoption strategies

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and performance dashboards

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to lead initiatives independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software or technology-driven organizations

  • Background in cloud-based architectures or API-driven platforms

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams

  • MBA or advanced technical certifications

  • Proven record of driving revenue growth through product-led strategies

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $150000 $190000 USD based on experience leadership scope and technical expertise

  • Executive-level performance bonuses and equity participation may be offered
