Key Account Manager OEM Sales
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our sales this role you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) driving commercial activities and identifying new business opportunities within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned key accounts by actively engaging with OEMs handling price negotiations settlements increases raw material price management and other customer-related issues.
- Drive new business acquisition and manage business share with customer accounts.
- Participate in capacity discussions with customers.
- Identify potential business opportunities in the region and support the development of business plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis within the region.
- Develop customer-level strategies for the region.
- Coordinate internally for all cost-related activities and obtain necessary approvals from BU directors for pricing.
- Coordinate and support Program Management Teams and support plants for existing business.
- Coordinate with Global Key Account Managers to ensure price harmony and address global topics.
- Implement information security as per compliance and defined processes.
- Ensure information security training is provided to all employees.
- Prepare records related to information security implementation.
- Communicate the schedule for Internal ISMS audits to relevant stakeholders.
- Send regular awareness emails within the organization regarding information security implementation.
- Communicate all relevant policies defined by the steering committee pertaining to information security.
- Ensure closure of Internal ISMS audit findings.
- Clarify doubts observed during implementation by seeking support from the steering committee if necessary.
- Send periodic reports to the steering committee regarding implementation status.
