Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of O2C Solution Architects
Promote best practices knowledge sharing and continuous learning

O2C Process Ownership

Oversee configuration implementation and support of Order-to-Cash processes
Ensure alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Finance IS Architecture technical teams and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Project & Program Management

Lead system upgrades enhancements and new implementations
Manage project timelines deliverables and stakeholder expectations

Process Optimization & Automation

Identify opportunities for automation efficiency improvements and system optimization
Drive continuous improvement across O2C processes

Cross-Functional Integration

Coordinate with related finance processes including R2R P2P Tax and Data teams
Ensure smooth integration across enterprise systems

Governance & Quality Assurance

Ensure solutions comply with internal standards governance and compliance requirements
Oversee testing documentation and change management activities

Issue Resolution

Lead troubleshooting for complex O2C system issues
Ensure timely escalation and resolution

Performance Monitoring

Define and monitor KPIs for O2C processes
Provide performance insights and reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Finance Information Systems or related field
7 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and ERP integrations
Deep understanding of Order Management Billing Accounts Receivable and Collections
Experience managing Credit Management lifecycle and system integration
Strong knowledge of data integration between source systems and CFIN
Experience with Down Payment processing project cash flow solutions and financial provisioning
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
