We are actively expanding our team in Pune and are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer.
The product range covers Industrial PCs I/O and fieldbus components drive technology automation software and hardware for machine vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Evaluate territory performance and identify new business opportunities. Develop sales with OEM and End User customer accounts using appropriate product solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Successfully build relationships with the current customer base and provide necessary sales support.
Technical Consultation: Advise customers on the proper selection use and maintenance of specific technology applications. Educate new and existing customers on the companys technology and recommend relevant training opportunities.
Bid Management: Prepare and present bids and quotations using company price and delivery guidelines while exercising sound business judgment.
Strategy & Collaboration: Work with regional and corporate resources to develop and close opportunities. Follow up on marketing leads and provide feedback.
Brand Representation: Plan promotional events and presentations. Represent the organization in a professional ethical and socially responsible manner.
Technical Expertise: Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge relevant to fulfilling job responsibilities.
Education & Experience:
B.E./. in E&TC Electronics Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of PLCs Motion Drives Industrial PCs (IPCs) Distributed I/O and HMI technologies.
Experience with Windows Windows Networking and Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment multi-task and work cross-functionally.
Strong interpersonal listening questioning presentation and communication skills (written and oral).
Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as required.
Other Requirements:
Ability to lift and transport demo equipment and hardware.
Willingness to travel approximately 65% of the time.
