Job Summary

StreeDhana is hiring Financial Awareness Trainees to support women-focused financial literacy initiatives. The role is designed for freshers and graduates who want to learn mutual fund basics personal finance concepts and ethical financial awareness practices. This is a learning-first role with structured training and supervised execution.

Mandatory Certification Requirement

• Candidate must clear NISM Series VA (Mutual Fund Distributors) Exam within 45 days of joining

• Study guidance will be provided

• Exam fees to be borne by the candidate

• Continuation beyond training phase is subject to clearing the exam

Key Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of mutual funds SIPs and goal-based investing

• Assist in financial literacy and awareness programs for women

• Support outreach initiatives workshops and webinars

• Coordinate with participants for sessions and follow-ups

• Maintain records trackers and basic documentation

• Ensure ethical communication and compliance at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• Women graduates / postgraduates / final-year students

• Background in Commerce Management Finance or related fields preferred

• Willingness to study for and clear NISM VA certification within 45 days

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Willing to work from Lucknow office or hybrid setup

Stipend & Incentives

• Month 1: No stipend (Training & Learning Phase)

• Month 2: INR 1500 – 3000 (Execution Support Phase)

• Month 3: INR 4000 – 6000 incentives based on engagement and contribution

• Stipend progression is performance and review based
