Key Responsibilities:
Fill out review and organize insurance paperwork
Coordinate insurance recommendations and follow-ups with clients via email or messaging platforms
Enter and maintain accurate client and policy records
Track application progress and follow up on missing or incomplete documents
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role
Insurance background preferred
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Responsive dependable and able to meet deadlines
