This is a remote position.
We are hiring a General Virtual Assistant to support the CEO with client communication scheduling reporting and operational support. This is a new role designed to streamline processes and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls (client inquiries scheduling complaints feedback).
Appointment setting: new bookings and reschedules.
Follow up with clients on invoices unpaid bills and service feedback.
Track leads cancellations technician performance and Google reviews.
Provide daily and weekly reports on calls DMs and client satisfaction.
Manage calendars emails and internal coordination.
Respond to social media comments and DMs.
Proactively reach out to clients for follow-up services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences. They are proactive detail-oriented and skilled in communication reporting and administrative tasks. Long-term commitment is valued with opportunities to gradually expand responsibilities including sales.

Comfortable handling calls and willing to be trained.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (Housecall Pro preferred) Outlook SMS and Google Meet.
