1) Role Summary
Ownend-to-end technical hiringalong withday-to-day HR operations including onboarding HRMS accuracy employee lifecycle management exits reporting compliance documentation and operational coordination.

This role requireshigh accountability strict confidentiality execution discipline and proactive communication.
You will independently drive hiring while coordinating closely with Aditi and managing assigned operational responsibilities.

2) Responsibilities

Technical Hiring (Ownership & Execution)

Own and close technical positions within agreed TAT.
Handle midsenior level technical hiring independently.
Prioritize critical and business-impact roles.
Ensure no hiring role remains stagnant without action.
Maintain a live and healthy candidate pipeline.
Keep backup profiles ready at all times.
Daily sourcing for technical roles (58 relevant profiles/day).
Conduct structured HR screening:
Technical exposure (baseline)
Communication clarity
Career intent & stability
Salary expectations
Notice period
Coordinate interviews end-to-end.
Share JD and resumes with interview panels in advance.
Reduce interview no-shows via confirmations.
Capture and document interview feedback quickly.
Handle offer communication and negotiation strictly within approved budgets.
Ensure written offer acceptance.
Follow up till Day-1 joining and reduce offer dropouts.
Ensure onboarding readiness (access systems assets).

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters.
  • Collect joining documents.
  • Create and maintain employee files (physical & digital).
  • Send welcome emails.
  • Create employee ID and update HRMS.
  • Coordinate joining kits.
  • Set up email Slack and tool access.
  • Announce employee introductions.

Attendance & HRMS Operations

  • Track daily attendance.
  • Manage leave requests.
  • Update HRMS attendance accurately.
  • Report late/early punches.
  • Maintain employee master data.
  • Enforce attendance discipline and punctuality.

Payroll Support Operations

  • Share payroll-related inputs with Aditi.
  • Support salary sheet verification.
  • Share salary slips.
  • Maintain salary and attendance records.
  • Support payroll audits.
  • Ensure zero errors impacting payroll.

HR Reports & Dashboards

  • Maintain hiring pipeline visibility.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR dashboards.
  • Conduct weekly HRMS audits.
  • Share hiring attendance and lifecycle reports with Aditi.
  • Maintain performance and attendance history.

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Create experience & relieving letters.
  • Create probation confirmation letters.
  • Maintain complete and updated employee files.
  • Ensure HRMS accuracy across all lifecycle stages.

Exit Management

  • Conduct structured exit interviews.
  • Track notice period and handovers.
  • Verify asset returns.
  • Revoke system/tool access.
  • Document exit feedback.
  • Remove employees from HRMS.
  • Ensure zero misses in exit documentation.

Admin Vendor & Support Tasks

  • Coordinate vendors (HR tools office support).
  • Manage office supplies (if assigned).
  • Manage asset tracking (if assigned).
  • Coordinate freelancer/contract agreements.
  • Drive HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure legal and compliance documentation is updated.
  • Coordinate office maintenance tasks.

3) Accountability (Outcome / Ownership)

  1. Timely and quality technical hiringwithin agreed TAT.
  2. Active and visible hiring pipelinesat all times.
  3. 100% accuracyin HRMS entries documents and records.
  4. Zero-delay onboarding(offers access assets files).
  5. Clean payroll supportwith no missing or incorrect inputs.
  6. Smooth exit executionwith no access asset or documentation gaps.
  7. Strict confidentialityof all HR and company information.
  8. Proactive escalationof risks without waiting for reminders.
