HR operation Manager

Dreamcom, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our team in India. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment activities and talent acquisition processes.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity in HR systems and databases.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

- Proven work experience in HR operations or a similar role.
