Job purpose:
To ensure service delivery quality and build scalable processes to support changing business requirements.
Responsibilities :
C&B Experts: Manage the C&B Process for Engineering Business.
Lead PMS End to End process from Goal Setting KRA audits to Reviews
Ensure proper completion and release of Annual increments Promotions & Variable pays.
Ensure adherence to HR policies & procedures in line with business requirements.
Initiate activities for improvement of processes.
HR Analytics: Maintain the Business HR Data to support business requirement
Continuous improvement on processes and build robustness and checks.
Educate employees on changing policy and processes of various salary components.
Conduct the compensation parity survey to benchmark within the industry.
Functional Competencies:
Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to Manage multiple Stake holders
