The Transformation Lead will define and drive the organizations technology vision architecture and execution strategy owning end-to-end technology across platforms products infrastructure data security and digital transformation. This role ensures that technology enables business growth scalability and efficiency while acting as a strategic partner to the CFO Operations Lead and the leadership team.
Note: Candidates with experience in KPO / BPO / Banks are not to be considered.
Role Description
Technology Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the long-term IT & Business Transformation roadmap aligned with business goals
Advise leadership on emerging technologies risks and opportunities
Drive build vs. buy decisions with clear ROI and scalability considerations
Architecture Platforms & Engineering
Own overall system architecture platforms and integrations
Ensure scalability performance reliability and future readiness of business applications
Suggest and review technology stacks frameworks applications and tools
Lead process engineering and re-engineering initiatives
Standardization Automation Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives
Lead standardization initiatives with appropriate documentation
Identify waste and lead automation digitization and system modernization initiatives
Enable data-driven decision-making across departments
Act as the go-to person for emerging technologies and build AI-enabled solutions to ensure future readiness
IT Infrastructure & Security
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure cloud platforms networks and systems
Good understanding of cybersecurity data privacy and compliance
Knowledge of disaster recovery business continuity and risk mitigation planning
Product & Business Collaboration
Work closely with business operations HR finance and product teams
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Support new business models client requirements and growth initiatives
