Job Summary


Work Timings: 10:15 AM 7:15 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd Saturday will be working; 2nd 4th and 5th Saturdays will be an off)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: IIDE Corporate Office Mumbai (with on-ground travel to colleges and institutions)
Reports to: Manager

About the Role

As a Partnerships & BTL Marketing Associate Lead at IIDE you will be the face of the brand across colleges coaching centres and student engagement platforms. You will be responsible for planning coordinating and delivering high-energy seminars and workshops while managing partnerships offline marketing initiatives and the data that fuels these activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking creating memorable student experiences and leveraging data and AI tools to make outreach more effective and scalable.

What Youll Do

Seminar & Workshop Delivery

  • Conduct engaging seminars and workshops across degree colleges junior colleges coaching centres and career fairs.

  • Use creative and interactive formats to energise large student groups and drive high engagement.

  • Represent IIDE professionally as the on-ground brand ambassador during all campus interactions.

Planning & Coordination

  • Plan seminar calendars and coordinate schedules with partner institutions.

  • Manage logistics and on-ground execution to ensure smooth and timely delivery of sessions.

  • Align internally with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update student lead databases from seminars and workshops.

  • Track seminar performance attendance and lead quality.

  • Generate insights and reports to improve outreach strategies and effectiveness.

Partnership Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges coaching centres and career counsellors.

  • Drive recurring partnerships referrals and long-term collaborations.

  • Act as a key point of contact for institutional partners.

BTL Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Support offline activations workshops and branding initiatives across academic and community spaces.

  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance IIDEs on-ground brand presence.

AI-Driven Engagement

  • Explore and implement AI tools for student engagement personalised follow-ups and lead nurturing.

  • Use technology and data to improve session effectiveness and partnership outcomes.



Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Have:

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire large student audiences.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple sessions and partner commitments.

  • Proficiency in data management lead tracking analysis and reporting.

  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with institutional stakeholders and external partners.

Should Have:

  • Creative mindset to design interactive and memorable seminar experiences.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-ground and travel-heavy role.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing or student engagement.

  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and the education ecosystem.

Preferred Background

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in seminar delivery student engagement partnerships or BTL marketing.

  • Exposure to offline event management training delivery or campus outreach initiatives.




Required Skills:

Qualifications: While formal education and qualifications are important we care mainly about your attitude your work ethic your desire to learn and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
