With over 40 years of collective sales experience we provide transformative solutions for businesses across the Global markets. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead with a strong B2B SaaS sales background to build and scale our outbound sales function from scratch. This is a 01 startup role ideal for someone who has led or wants to lead GTM execution and global SDR teams. Key Responsibilities Build and scale the SDR outbound team from scratch (hiring onboarding training). Lead global outbound sales efforts across US and SEA markets. Own and execute the sales GTM strategy in collaboration with leadership. Drive outbound pipeline through cold emails LinkedIn calls and sequences. Set targets track performance and coach the team for consistent outcomes. Work closely with founders/leadership on sales strategy and growth. Key Requirements 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. Hands-on experience with global outbound SDR motions (US & SEA preferred). Proven team handling and leadership experience. Experience working in a 01 startup environment. Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead from the front. Nice to Have Prior experience setting up an SDR function from scratch. Familiarity with CRM and outbound sales tools.
