    • Previous leadership experience within a similar high-volume events or hospitality environment;
    • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding guest service experience;
    • Ability to lead by example train coach and motivate and engage team members at the frontline;
    • Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills;
    • Experience working with POS Database Systems and competent cash handling/management;
    • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;
    • Availability to be rostered across five days flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend early morning and evening work is involved.

    Your new day-to-day:

    • Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events ensuring exceptional customer service and guest interaction.
    • Lead day-to-day shift operations in our Bistro & Bar ensuring smooth service delivery.
    • Manage staff breaks and ensure efficient rostering to maintain adequate service coverage at all times.
    • Conduct pre-shift briefings communicating key operational updates menu changes and daily objectives to the team.
    • Oversee event setup operation and pack down. Manual handling tasks are heavily included in this position.
    • Collaborate with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.
    • Handle guest inquiries during events ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.
    • Provide training for event and F&B staff ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet event demands.
    • Ensure venue and event spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards before during and after events.
