Job Summary
About The Role
This job involves high end horticulture with the successful candidate working within a team in a beautiful country location taking pride and ownership in maintaining and improving a historic estates gardens and grounds.
This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping with a dedication to outdoor work.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform tasks such as planting weeding pruning and watering.
- Mow lawns trim edges and care for turf areas.
- Ensure the estate is maintained and presented to a high standard
- Prepare soil mulch and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
About You
- Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent is desirable
- Valid Drivers licence (Manual preferred)
- Previous experience in gardening is essential
- A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
- Knowledge of perennials and historic gardens will be viewed favourably
