The IT Domain Expert is responsible for supporting implementing and engineering infrastructure and applications. This role ensures system reliability evaluates risks and manages the full lifecycle of IT solutions including troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Act as the primary reference for a specific IT domain and own the solution lifecycle (design integration industrialization and maintenance).
- Manage incidents requests and changes using ITSM tools ensuring compliance with SLAs and IT best practices.
- Monitor infrastructure and applications applying security standards and operational guidelines.
- Support release management and testing preparing environments and ensuring smooth deployments.
- Strong technical knowledge in:
- Databases: SQL (Microsoft Oracle Postgres Sybase)
- Operating Systems: Windows Linux/RHEL UNIX/AIX
- File Transfer: CFT MQ FTP/SFTP PeSIT
- Automation & Monitoring: Batch Autosys Ansible Dynatrace DevOps/SecDevOps
- Networking & Security: LAN VPN LDAP Active Directory TLS/SSL SSH PKI
- Cloud & Infrastructure: IaaS PaaS SaaS VM Firewall Load Balancer
- Service Management Tools: ServiceNow JIRA ITSM
