Dutch Customer Support in Lisbon Streaming Platform Accommodation Support
Lisbon Portugal
Start Dates: 2 April or 30 April
Rotative Shifts Monday to Sunday (07:0023:00)
(2 rotating days off potential future 24/7 schedule)

What You Will Do
Support customers via phone chat and email
Assist with account and technical-related inquiries
Provide clear professional and solution-oriented responses
Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards
Who Were Looking For
Dutch native or fluent (mandatory) English B2 minimum
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working rotating shifts
Experience is a plus but not required

1100 gross per month (paid 14 months)
