Job Summary

Were Hiring: French-speaking Customer Support Porto On-site Immediate Start

We are looking for experienced Customer Support professionals who are already based in Porto and ready to join immediately.

What we are looking for:

Fluent French (C1/C2 mandatory)
At least 1 year of Customer Support experience (call center helpdesk customer care back office)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Availability for on-site work (Porto within 30km)

Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday Rotational shifts between 07:00 19:00

Start date: ASAP
