About the Role
A Special Touch In-Home Care is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter to help us consistently attract interview and hire great caregivers (CNA HHA Direct Care Workers). This is a fast-paced high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives on follow-up relationship-building and hitting weekly hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit caregivers using job boardssocial media referrals and community outreach
Manage the pipeline: sourcing screening interviewing onboarding coordination
Conduct high-volume outreach (calls/texts/emails) and keep candidates moving
Schedule interviews reduce no-shows and improve time-to-hire
Refresh and optimize job postings to maintain strong applicant flow
Track candidates and hiring activity accurately in our systems
Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent staffing needs
Support recruiting events/open interview days as needed

Consistent weekly caregiver hires
Strong response rates and interview show rates
Faster time-to-fill and better hiring quality
A professional positive candidate experience
Qualifications
1 year recruiting staffing or high-volume hiring experience (healthcare/home care preferred)
Strong phone skills and comfort with frequent outbound outreach
Organized persistent and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
Comfortable working toward measurable goals (calls interviews hires time-to-fill)
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in both locations weekly
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Home care staffing/recruiting experience
Experience hiring CNAs/HHAs/DCWs
Knowledge of local recruiting sources in West Virginia
