Prior recruiting experience is welcome but not required. We are looking for people who naturally operate with clarity steadiness and care.

About the Role

As a Contract Recruiter with FocusPoint you will work alongside our team to support client hiring needs on a continuous basis. You will learn our structured recruiting process lead searches with clarity and consistency and communicate with confidence and care. You will represent a firm known for trust responsiveness and evidence based communication.

This role is ideal for individuals who think in systems stay steady under pressure and genuinely enjoy helping people move forward in their careers. We will teach you the mechanics of recruiting. You bring the mindset discipline and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Lead full cycle recruiting for assigned searches from intake through offer support
Build targeted sourcing strategies that reflect intention market awareness and strong outreach capability
Present qualified candidates with clear concise evidence based summaries
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients ensuring expectations are always understood
Track progress and deliverables with accuracy discipline and transparency
Navigate changes and challenges with steadiness and professionalism
Uphold the FocusPoint standard of partnership clarity and respect in every interaction
Contribute to a collaborative recruiting environment that values judgment consistency and results
