Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement efforts at InMobi Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and can handle business-as-usual (BAU) procurement tasks with minimal guidance.

In this role you are expected to :

• Define and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and financial goals.

• Partner with business teams to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (PR-to-PO contracting renewals).

• Lead mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Finance Legal and Third-Party Risk teams to ensure governance compliance and cross-functional alignment.

• Identify negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost quality and service levels.

• Drive vendor consolidation cost savings and efficiency initiatives across categories.

• Own procurement processes policies and controls; drive automation and process improvements.

• Monitor and optimize cost delivery and performance KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

• Prepare and manage Capex and Opex budgets in partnership with Finance.

• Synthesize data and insights into clear executive-ready updates for senior stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

• 8 years of post-qualification relevant procurement experience including at least 3 years in people management roles.

• Strong experience in techno-commercial procurement contract management and vendor management with a proven track record of driving efficiency value creation and cost optimization.

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech SaaS corporate insurance global recruitment agencies and other professional services.

• Exceptional negotiation communication stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba MSD365 Oracle NetSuite or ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making financial analysis and cost-saving initiatives.

• MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDBM) with specialization in Supply Chain Management Logistics or Operations Management.

• Professional certifications such as CIPS CPSM CSCP or CPP will be an added advantage.
