Job Description

Job Title - Icertis Senior Functional Consultant

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:-

As an Icertis Senior Functional Consultant you will play a key role in implementing Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI/CLM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will lead functional workstreams drive configuration and deployment activities and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This role demands strong analytical skills handson configuration expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional leadership for workstreams: Own specific modules or functional areas during Icertis implementations; ensure deliverables meet scope quality and timelines.
Requirements gathering & design: Conduct workshops with client teams to capture business needs; translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration plans.
System configuration & testing: Configure ICI modules (authoring workflows obligations clause library and templates); prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases.
Deployment support: Assist in cutover planning golive activities and postimplementation stabilization.
Integration coordination: Work with technical teams on data migration API integrations and reporting requirements.
Documentation & knowledge sharing: Maintain configuration documents test scripts and contribute to reusable templates and accelerators.
Client engagement: Build strong relationships with client counterparts; provide functional guidance and resolve queries promptly.
Practice contribution: Support development of best practices reusable components and internal knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications (Musthave)

5-8 years of experience in enterprise application implementations.
Prior experience in Contract Management or Supply Chain applications.
Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle enterprise implementations in a functional consultant or module lead capacity.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to interpret business processes and design effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Handson experience with Icertis CLM configuration (templates workflows obligations clause library).
Familiarity with integrations (ERP CRM esignature platforms) and data migration strategies.
Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps/Jira).
Understanding of legal and procurement processes across sales and sourcing functions.
Icertis certifications (Functional/Professional) are a plus.
