Nursing Home Manager (NMC Registered) Dementia Care
Lead a well-established Good CQC-rated nursing home providing strong leadership and maintaining high standards of care. The service supports older adults with nursing and dementia needs in a settled dementia-friendly environment.

- This role requires current NMC registration and prior experience as a Nursing Home Manager.

What Youll Need
- Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
- Proven experience as a Registered Nursing Home Manager
- Strong knowledge of dementia care clinical governance and regulation
- Confidence managing staff budgets and service performance
- Ability to meet registered manager accountability requirements
- Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services
- Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness

- Lead the overall operation of the nursing home ensuring safe and effective care
- Maintain compliance with CQC NMC and safeguarding requirements
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
- Oversee staffing rotas and performance management
- Monitor quality audits and continuous improvement plans
- Build professional relationships with families and external professionals
