HYROX The World Series of Fitness Racing is a global sports event series founded in Germany in 2017. In the 24/25 season we have grown into a worldwide movement spanning 5 continents. With over 100 events planned for the upcoming season we are not just a race; we are the fastest-growing fitness sport in the world.

To support our rapid expansion and professionalize our partner ecosystem we are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Manager (d/w/m) to join our team in London.

You will take ownership of some of our most critical global accounts. You are not just executing contracts; you are building strategic alliances that enhance the athlete journey and drive commercial success for HYROX and our partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key Account Leadership: You are the lead Partnership Manager for a portfolio of our high-value International and Global Partners. You own the relationship serving as the strategic bridge between the partner and HYROX.
• Strategic Activation: You develop and execute holistic activation strategies that go beyond logo placement. You create meaningful campaigns that engage our community (digital & on-site) and deliver measurable ROI.
• Commercial Growth: Alongside the Head of Partnerships you identify upsell opportunities drive contract renewals and ensure the long-term retention and growth of your portfolio.
• Project Management: You lead cross-functional project teams (Marketing Sport Ops) to ensure complex partner rights are delivered flawlesslyfrom digital content series to large-scale on-site brand experiences.
• Data & Insights: You dont just report numbers; you analyze them. You lead the evaluation of partnership performance providing data-driven insights to partners and internal stakeholders to optimize future strategies.
• Mentorship & Process: As a senior team member you help shape our global ways of working mentor junior team members and set the standard for excellence in partnership management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: You bring 5 years of relevant experience in sports sponsorship partnership management or agency account management. You have a track record of managing high-value commercial relationships.
• Strategic Mindset: You understand the business of sports marketing. You can translate a partners brand goals into authentic HYROX activations.
• Communication: You have exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. You are confident navigating complex stakeholder structures and presenting to C-level executives.
• Project Management: You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Tools like or Google Workspace are second nature to you.
• Results-Driven: You have a commercial mindset and are focused on delivering value. You understand KPIs ROI and the importance of contractual compliance.
• Spirit: You are a team player with high energy ready to travel to our events globally and support the team on the ground. You share our passion for fitness and the HYROX community.
