Job Summary
Job Title: Bodyshop Workshop Manager
Location: Croydon CR0
Salary: Up to 50000 Bonus

Role is working Monday to Friday and normal daytime hours (no weekends)

They are now looking for a Bodyshop Workshop Manager for their Accident Repair Bodyshop in Croydon.
As Bodyshop Workshop Manager you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop workshop ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all repair processes.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to drive performance and meet business targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar bodyshop workshop management or supervisory role.
- Experience working in the automotive accident repair industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and diagnostics.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.
You must be able to:
- Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicle are ready to agreed timescale
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure
- Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
- Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach
- Ensure that all tasks carried out follow Health and Safety Procedures
