Responsibilities
Supervises directs and coordinates the Collection functions operations and personnel for Northside Hospital Northside Hospital Cherokee Northside Hospital Forsyth and Northside Outpatient Facilities.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. High School diploma or equivalent and four (4) years collections experience two (2) of which must have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. 2. Call center or dialer experience. 2. Ability to work independently and direct and train personnel. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED:
1. Prior collections experience in healthcare environment 2. B.S. degree in Business or 3. Five (5) or more years collection experience. 4. CPAR/CFC Certified.
