Executive Manager Supply Chain (Replenishment)

An exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Replenishment team has become available within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI Stores based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.  

As an Executive Manager you will be leading an established team responsible for analytical capabilities within the National Supply Chain (NSC) department to support data-driven decisions with the goal to improve cost and availability performance.

What does the role look like

• Lead and mentor a team of fresh replenishment specialists and technicians.
• Oversee and support collaboration with National Buying and Supply Planning to ensure optimal availability outcomes.
• Find innovative ways to search for meaningful patterns trends and relationships amongst large amounts of data and convert them to actionable replenishment outcomes.
• Turn insights into compelling narratives and executive presentations using data visualisation and communication skills.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for 

• Experience leading a Replenishment Execution Team or Operational Team that regularly uses data for decision making. Specifically experience in Supply Chain and/or Retail is essential.

• Knowledge of SAP (F&R and S/4) Excel and other replenishment systems is beneficial.

Remuneration

• Transparent tiered salary range of $163 700 - $215100 including Superannuation.
