Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead and oversee construction operations across multiple projects while working remotely within the United States. This role provides strategic leadership ensures project delivery excellence and maintains compliance with safety quality and budget standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of construction projects from planning through completion
Lead and support project managers superintendents and construction teams remotely
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule within budget and to quality standards
Develop and enforce construction policies procedures and best practices
Oversee contractor performance risk management and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with executive leadership clients and vendors to align project goals
Review budgets forecasts schedules and performance reports
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field (preferred)
8 years of progressive construction leadership experience including senior management roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. construction regulations safety standards and project delivery methods
Proven ability to manage large multi-site projects in a remote environment
Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
Location Requirement
Candidates must reside within the United States and be authorized to work.
