Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Daily on-site management of all construction activities from mobilization through closeout
Development and execution of project schedules short-interval plans and look-ahead coordination
Leadership of subcontractors to achieve production quality and safety expectations
Enforcement of jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance
Coordination of inspections testing and municipal requirements
Management of field documentation including daily reports RFIs submittals and as-builts
Collaboration with Project Managers on budgets change orders and client communication
Delivery of clean organized and professional jobsites that reflect our brand and standards

Projects completed on or ahead of schedule
High-quality workmanship with minimal punch list
Strong professional relationships with subcontractors and clients
Accurate and timely field documentation
Safe jobsites with proactive risk management

Qualifications

5 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven background in ground-up construction and interior renovations/build-outs
Ability to read and interpret drawings specifications and scopes of work
Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Proficiency with construction technology (Procore or similar)
