Job Summary

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise construction teams on-site ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications while complying with mandated safety requirements.
Manage scope schedule ensuring timely completion of scopes while maintaining quality standards and following required safety requirements.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of safety and excellence on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction management principles including budgeting estimating and scheduling.
Basic Knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore or Raken is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools Excel Outlook and Word.
Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and tools is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
A commitment to safety practices on the job site is mandatory.

Valid Drivers Licence with driving record meeting the standards of our insurance company for insurability. Employment is conditioned on meeting this requirement
