Position Summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Small Works Project Manager to join our Boeing account team.This P2-level position offers an exciting opportunity to manage capital improvement projects while working directly with one of the worlds leading aerospace companies. The successful candidate will oversee smaller-scale projects with budgets typically under $50K whilemaintainingthe flexibilityandexpertiseto manage larger initiatives up to $250K as business needsdictate.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects with budgets typically ranging from $1K to $50K with capability to scale up to $250K projectswhen. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition timeline development resource allocation and risk assessment. Conduct bid leveling of qualified vendor proposals to ensureaccuratecost comparisons and value optimization across procurement decisions. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Boeing facilities teams contractors vendors and internal JLL resources to ensure seamless project delivery.

Work Order Management & System Administration

Utilize the Corrigo work order management system to track manage and report on all project activities and maintenance requests. Ensureaccuratedocumentation of project progress costs and completion status whilemaintainingdetailed records for compliance and reporting purposes. Collaborate closely with the Facilities Management team to prioritize work orders and align project execution with operational requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact between JLL and Boeing stakeholders for assigned projects. Facilitate regular project status meetings provide clear andtimelycommunication on project milestones budget tracking and any issues requiring escalation. Build andmaintainstrong working relationships with Boeings facilities management team ensuring alignment with their operationalobjectivesand standards.

Budget Management & Financial Oversight

Monitor project budgets throughout the lifecycle ensuring adherence to approved spending limits whileidentifyingopportunities for cost optimization. Prepare detailed budget reports track actual costs against projections and manage change orders when scope modifications are necessary. Work with procurement teams to obtain competitive pricing and ensure value delivery for all project expenditures.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all projects meet Boeings stringent quality standards andcomply withrelevant safety environmental and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site visits tomonitorwork progress verify compliance with specifications and address any quality concerns promptly. Coordinate final inspections and project closeout activities to ensure complete stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Facilities Management or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience in facilities construction or capital improvement projects.Previousexperience supporting large corporate accounts or aerospace industry clients strongly preferred.

Technical Competencies

Demonstratedproficiencywith work order management systems preferably Corrigo or similar platforms. Strong understanding of construction processes facilities systems and capital project delivery methodologies. Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project Primavera or equivalent tools. Solid foundation in budget management cost tracking and financial reporting.

Industry Knowledge

Comprehensive understanding of facilities management principles and practices. Knowledge of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and structural components. Familiarity with construction codes safety regulations and compliance requirements. Experience working within aerospace or highly regulated industrial environments preferred.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple competing priorities. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and Boeings evolving operational needs.

Working Conditions & Requirements

This position requires100% on-site presence at Boeing facility.Regular site visits to various Boeing locations may be including manufacturing floors office spaces and outdoor facilities. Must be able to obtain andmaintainany security clearances required by Boeing. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary to meet critical project deadlines.
