Right now Novonesis is looking for a Global Regulatory Advocacy Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping the regulatory landscape to support Novonesis current and future business objectives. You will work at the intersection of science policy and business influencing regulatory environments that help bring biosolutions to market and create long-term value.

Welcome to Global Regulatory Affairs
You will be part of the Global Regulatory Advocacy team within Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety based in Hørsholm Denmark. We are a collaborative and ambitious team with close interaction with Public Affairs R&D Sustainability business units and other internal stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to international regulatory decision makers and cross-functional collaboration alongside strong professional development and growth opportunities. You will be part of an ambitious and supportive environment that values knowledge sharing continuous learning and diverse perspectives as key drivers of strong outcomes.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Lead the development and execution of regulatory advocacy strategies in collaboration with the Global Regulatory Advocacy team business units Public Affairs R&D Sustainability and other internal stakeholders

• Identify monitor and assess global regulatory changes and initiatives that may impact Novonesis business

• Planning and delivering outreach to regulators and decision-makers including organizing meetings drafting position papers and representing Novonesis in relevant external forums

• Drive the digital transformation of the Global Regulatory Advocacy team including the implementation and optimization of digital tools and platforms for stakeholder communication knowledge sharing and advocacy activities

• Communicate complex regulatory topics clearly and concisely to both internal and external audience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory authorities industry associations and other stakeholders to advance Novonesis advocacy agenda

Potentially relevant experience:

• . in a natural science discipline (biology agronomy engineering chemistry or similar) or a political science or a comparable field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs preferably with exposure to regulatory advocacy activities in an authority industry association or company setting

• Demonstrated experience engaging with regulators and key decision-makers at national and international levels

• Proven ability to drive digital initiatives including the use of digital communication tools and platforms to support stakeholder engagement and team effectiveness

• A strategic mindset combined with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
