Job Summary

In the role as AMS ERP Specialist in AMS Program & ERP Integration Office you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will execute and improve AMS ERP processes and D365 solutions endtoend in a global role configuring setups and integrations running testing cutovers and post-go-live support and supporting Superusers and regional AMS teams to enable efficient futureproof Aftermarket Services operations.

The team you will be part of:

You will join a global team within Global Aftermarket Services part of Global Customer Experience (GCX) in Global Operations with the Manager in the US the Team Lead in China and three other team members in Denmark and the US. We work as one global team across time zones with a culture of collaboration openness and mutual support. We collaborate to solve complex problems and maintain an endtoend focus on customer experience partnering with regions and functions worldwide to translate business needs into practical ERP improvements.

Your contribution is appreciated and you will:

  • Execute and improve AMS ERP processes and D365 solutions in a global role from configuration testing and cutovers to post-go-live support and issue resolution
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and Business Product Owner for selected AMS areas in D365 supporting global projects and crossfunctional initiatives
  • Ensure configurations integrations and releases support AMS processes meet KPIs and enable efficient operations
  • Identify opportunities for automation better system handling and futureproof AMS setups with Global AMS leadership and key stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation test scripts and work instructions and support training of Superusers

To perform well in the role we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant education in business supply chain engineering IT/Information Systems or a similar field
  • Bring solid experience from international aftermarket services logistics or operations and are familiar with return/repair processes
  • Have worked with ERP in a business role and can translate requirements into user stories test cases and documentation
  • Enjoy working with data processes and system details to identify solutions and optimize workflows
  • Work in a structured way and can handle multiple projects tests and operational tasks in parallel
  • Communicate clearly and build good working relationships with stakeholders across regions and functions (AMS teams Superusers DDI vendors)
  • Are self-motivated curious and have a positive fixer mindset taking responsibility and adjusting when priorities change
