We are looking for an Account Manager the Danish market. You will have an important role within the Danish organization when you join our Sales & Marketing team. You will be based at our office in Ballerup. As a person you are a structured responsive and business minded person. You can work independently but prefer to collaborate with others both internally and externally. You strengthen the team by sharing your knowledge with other colleagues. Your responsibilities

As an Account Manager you will be part of the Grid Automation business unit. You will be expected to lead the sales process for existing this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Hitachis current clients. You will be responsible for selling products and Systems within the entire Grid Automation business unit product portfolio. You will be based in the Danish office in Ballerup.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • You will be responsible for selling products and systems (primarily RTU Protection systems SCADA Enterprise Software).

  • Visit customers to nurture long-lasting customer relationships

  • Responding to RFQs and preparing quotes for customers

  • Negotiating contracts and occasionally updating framework agreements

  • Coordination with project managers and specialists

  • Submitting assignments to the engineering department

Your background

  • To succeed in this role you have minimum 3 years experience in sales or similar experiences

  • It is an advantage if you hold a University Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • It is an advantage if you have digital experiences with grid automation or software sales.

  • You have experience within the automation business area and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of transmission and distribution customers.

  • Ability to balance and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Fluent in Danish and English is required.
