Furthermore we collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.
Within Supply Chain Operations we are seeking a passionate Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in managing our Upstream Contract Manufacturers across multiple supply chains. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global cross-functional teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.
You will join a department of seven dedicated colleagues located In Hellerup within our larger Global Supply Chain Management organization having the key responsibility for managing all supply chain-related topics and commercial aspects with our Contract Manufacturers. We are a diverse team representing multiple nationalities and our everyday atmosphere is characterized by laughter can-do attitudes and a constant focus on making a difference.
Your key focus
- Supplier Relationship Management - manage Contract Manufacturers across projects and supply chains
- Procurement - negotiate commercial terms with current and future Contract Manufacturers
- Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning Process execute operational tactical & strategic planning
- Drive and support projects & improvement initiatives
- Performance Management and Reporting metrics dashboards and management reporting
Our ideal candidate
- You hold a relevant education within Supply Chain Management and have practical experience with end-to-end supply chain addition you have several years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- You can juggle many tasks while maintaining attention to detail and clear prioritization
- You are able to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and thrive in an international environment.
- You are a strong team player analytical and have a can-do attitude.
- You are proficient in English at a professional level both written and spoken and you master supply chain tools and systems
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an informal open environment where innovation and change are key - and no two days are alike
Traveling: 10 20days/year
