Job Summary:
The Clinical Affairs Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Affairs team to elaborate regulatory clinical documentation with analytical work literature searches and data collection. This job involves working in an international environment in a department that interacts with various departments and also collaborates with IVF clinics around the world. Furthermore the position plays a vital role in maintaining the clinical documentation updated making possible the maintenance of the CE marking of the products.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Supporting on the literature searches /publications etc. and maintaining updated the citation management tool Zotero
- Managing the PMCF literature review reports of the products
- Assisting Clinical Affairs team in general corrections or drafting new documentation copying from previous documentation into new documentation according to detailed instructions
- Formatting of new documentation files for better readability
- Supporting on the regular updates of the product clinical documentation
- Supporting clinical affairs projects with ad hoc. tasks related to the clinical documentation

QualificationsQualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Be able to work 15-20 hours per week
Have skills working with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experienced user with software in general and a quick learner
Good understanding of scientific literature
Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently
Be a good team player flexible and a strong sense of professional duty enthusiastic curious minded doing routine assignments focused analytical structured
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
