Digital Learning Creator (Global Sales Excellence)

As part of our expanding Global Commercial Excellence we are looking for a creative and structured Digital Learning Creator based in Poland to build engaging impactful and scalable learning journeys.

Youll work closely with regional and market stakeholders to co-create content that produces effective outcomes and reflects local realities. Whether supporting our internal sales teams or external partners like installers and dealers your digital learning experiences will help equip them to succeed in every customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build digital learning journeys with clear learning objectives and aligned business outcomes.
• Create e-learning modules microlearning content and multimedia assets using tools such as Articulate 360 Rise or Adobe Captivate.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of learning to continuously improve.
• Partner with subject matter experts and market trainers to localize and tailor content.
• Contribute to the development and global rollout of our Product Training Platform (PTP).
• Manage projects from concept to delivery in collaboration with stakeholders across functions and countries.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Instructional Design Educational Technology or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning development or instructional design.
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies (like solution selling SPIN selling challenger sales)
• Solid grasp of learning theory and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with learning design tools and LMS platforms.
• Effective communication capabilities including a high level of English fluency.
