Inviting applications for the role of Data Excellence Manager English Remote Poland
The role responsible for ensuring data accessibility timeliness quality and completeness as part of the CoE.
Responsibilities:
Defines Data usage Data Personas and Data access definition for Regional or local Planning Data objects
Run UATs for O9
Supports deployment and tool enhancement through data scope definitions and data remediations support (O9)
Build new capabilities processes tools and dashboards (O9)
Creat a machine driven forecast as a common point of reference (O9)
Tracking and ensuring data completeness quality and planning at a regional level including monitoring KPIs and providing recommendations for necessary data actions (Data Maintenance)
Collaborating with regional teams and data owners to enhance data completeness and quality for planning processes including identifying and recommending corrective actions for any data gaps
Collaborates with DBS & IT team to ensure alignment of planning data objects as per the local need and contribute to its update and harmonization
Develop training material & collaborates with Capabilities Building lead to provides training related to the topic of correct data use to key users
Reviewing of already implemented WOW flagging GAP and advising on protentional solution
Put measures in place for data timeliness and quality and together with the Operational Excellence team define intervention approach where appropriate from creating self-service dashboards to creating bots for automatic cleaning
Provides insights on identified issues through analytical analysis of data to appropriate stakeholders across the organization
Derives and manages continuous improvement action plans with the respective stakeholders to improve data completeness timeliness and data quality as it relates to supply chain data covering both master and transactional data sources
Create an data infrastructure design to ensure there is always only one point of reference (one version of the truth)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in engineering supply chain management applied math or other relevant degree
Strong understand of at least advanced planning systems and its functionality - O9 Solutions /Kinaxis/Blue Jonder
Knowledge of ERP functionality experience with SAP / Oracle / JDE an asset.
Demonstrated experience in supply planning (Analytics Demand/Forecasting planning Collaborative Scenario Modeling Data Science Master Supply planning MRP planning)
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional drive excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to immediately contribute in a collaborative team environment
Continues Improvement Mindset

Experience in new planning system implementation
