We have a fantastic growth opportunity with our transportation team where your work will directly impact and influence the companys service to its customers employees and vendors.

As a Transportation Coordinator you will be at the forefront of the Logistics Team:

Providing excellent service to customers drivers and team members.
Developing the transportation schedule and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensuring communication is top notch and all parties are working together as a team to complete orders.
Tracking assets to ensure equipment is accounted for.
Executing seamless coordination between the transportation office and other departments.
Providing backup support to other team members.
Communicate with drivers regarding schedules changes and delivery expectations.
Monitor routes to ensure on-time performance.
Resolve transportation issues delays or emergencies promptly.

Normal hours will be 7:30 to 4:00 pm M-F and one Saturday per month from 8 am to 12 pm

Requirements to Excel in this Role

Great customer service organization and attention to detail are a must in this role
Must be comfortable with computers and have an ability and desire to learn new programs
A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to shift from one task to another with ease and multi-task continuously
Prior logistics experience is not required but is helpful

Required Experience:
