Job Summary

Role- Location Head

Location- Kanpur

Key Responsibilities

Lead coach and retain a high-performing sales team (AMs TMs SOs).
Drive achievement of location targets and improve productivity.
Manage Category A & B sources and channel partner relationships.
Oversee project approvals and coordinate with Legal & developers.
Increase Self-Employed & High-Value loan contribution.
Monitor market intelligence competitor activity and real estate trends.
Ensure smooth disbursement process and compliance adherence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and town halls.

Eligibility

Graduate/MBA preferred
8 15 years in Home Loan/Mortgage sales
3 years in team handling role
Strong local market knowledge (Kanpur preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office
