1. Strategic Leadership
Define and implement the manufacturing engineering strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead modernization and automation initiatives in high precision machining.
Develop long-term capability enhancement plans for advanced manufacturing technologies.
2. High Precision Machining Excellence
Oversee CNC operations including drilling milling and multi-axis machining.
Lead process development and optimization for lapping polishing and chemical processing.
Ensure high dimensional accuracy surface finish quality and process repeatability.
Drive tooling strategy machine selection and technology upgrades.
3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Reduce cycle times improve yield and enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between Production Quality and Maintenance
Build technical competency within the team for advanced precision manufacturing.
