Job Summary
Carlisle Elementary School is seeking a Tier II Tutor for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. QUALIFICATIONS: College Degree (Education Degree Preferred) Prior experience working with students that need academic support REPORTS TO: Elementary Principal JOB GOAL: To work closely with students that need extra academic support in reading and/or math. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide academic support and direct instruction to students in small groups (may include preview reinforcement review individualized curriculum) to meet identified goals/objectives.2. Work with the Elementary Principal and other staff to identify and plan small group interventions.3. Communicate with parents on student progress.4. Provide students with Tier II supports while fostering and facilitating increasing independence.5. Maintain the high level of confidentiality and professionalism expected of the teaching staff. 6. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Elementary Principal.
