Job Summary
- Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TAT
- Conduct semi-annual performance reviews interview applicants keep training records up to date for assigned employees evaluate succession plans in preparation for growth
- Perform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individual
- Coach train and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvements
- Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues
- Lead and write investigations independently establish root cause and robust CAPA
- Support and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvements
- Perform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in chemistry biology biochemistry or related degree concentration and at least 4 years of laboratory experience
- Must have knowledge of the analytical method and processes
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Portage MI are encouraged to apply.
