Job Summary

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Market Development:Identify new export markets conduct market research and build relationships with overseas distributors.
Sales & Negotiation:Handle international inquiries prepare quotations and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet sales targets.
Compliance & Documentation:Manage export documentation (proforma invoice packing list certificate of origin) and ensure compliance with international trade laws tariffs and customs regulations (DGFT etc.).
Logistics & Coordination:Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and internal teams (production quality packaging) to ensure timely shipment delivery.
Client Management:Maintain relationships with foreign buyers resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Financial Management:Handle LC (Letter of Credit) management payment terms and monitor costs to maximize profitability.

Needs to know documentation process for Exports to Major Countries such as Vietnam Singapore Malaysia Thailand Middle East Europe Africa

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Education: Any Graduate
