You will bridge the gap between legacy content and the future leveraging AI-powered tools to transform historical assets into innovative digital products and new revenue streams.
Day to day you will:
- Define and execute the strategic operational lifecycle for Nines Digital Archive across broadcast and publishing.
- Act as the ultimate custodian for metadata governance schema strategy and end-to-end digital content rights.
- Lead the adoption of AI-powered tools for automated logging and enrichment while maintaining human-in-the-loop quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure archival pipelines are technically robust and cost-efficient.
- Navigate complex legal frameworks to clear digitised content for commercial use and multi-platform distribution.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 12 years of experience in media operations digital asset management (DAM/MAM) or senior leadership fields.
- Technical mastery of cloud infrastructure and the practical application of AI/ML in content workflows.
- Executive-level acumen with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and articulate complex operational strategies.
- Proven experience in organisational design and change management within a high-performance culture.
- Deep knowledge of various broadcast and publishing formats combined with a passion for preserving media history.
