Relationship Matters also delivers a family violence program and provides Employee Assistance Programs training and consultancy to workplaces.
About the role
The Manager Client Support Services is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Client Services Officers team embedding a high-quality client-centred culture where clients feel welcomed respected and supported from their first point of contact. The role oversees reception functions client enquiries administrative support appointment management payments records management and ensures smooth effective and responsive service delivery.

Highly organised a great communicator and motivated by helping others youre someone who will thrive in our team.
Over the next 12 months this role will play a central part in an exciting organisational wide ICT change project. We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence to support staff through this system transformation.
