We are passionate dedicated and committed to making a difference by providing high quality relationship counselling dispute resolution and relationship education services to individuals couples and families. Relationship Matters also delivers a family violence program and provides Employee Assistance Programs training and consultancy to workplaces.

About the role

The Manager Client Support Services is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Client Services Officers team embedding a high-quality client-centred culture where clients feel welcomed respected and supported from their first point of contact. The role oversees reception functions client enquiries administrative support appointment management payments records management and ensures smooth effective and responsive service delivery.

Highly organised a great communicator and motivated by helping others youre someone who will thrive in our team.

Over the next 12 months this role will play a central part in an exciting organisational wide ICT change project. We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence to support staff through this system transformation.

Qualifications / Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar or equivalent position
  • Qualifications in business or administration are highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams in a fast paced complex organisation
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams through complex change projects
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond to changing demands whilst maintaining a calm solutions-focused leadership approach
